About The Position
The position involves ensuring adequate support for necessary FCC controls within the team, managing and closing cases in line with group defined CAD, and providing feedback on various processes and projects. The role requires managing Transaction Monitoring alerts and cases, following the TM Group and Country DOI, and conducting further analysis on complex products. Additionally, the position includes providing mentorship to new joiners, promoting a culture of openness and risk awareness, and making recommendations for risk management responses. The role also involves tracking significant issues arising from FCC metrics and supporting control checks under the Operational Risk Framework.
