Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
2-4 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising, or related disciplines
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and in presentation)
Ability to influence
Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coveo, Sitecore

Responsibilities

Support owned.com business: Ensure branded site meets and exceeds financial goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Create weekly business reporting: Drive the customer experience and business growth through KPI management and recommendations
Partner on SEO efforts: Support the brand and implement best practices on owned.com
Support site merchandising optimizations: Deliver the best consumer experience, while maximizing revenue
Partner on catalog management: Ensure inventory is supporting stories, partnering with the inventory team where there is opportunity
Track seasonal inventory: Partner with demand planning and brand partners on inventory management
Conduct trend and market research: Work collaboratively with key partners and other digital industry leaders to better understand trends
