The expected base salary range for this position is between 93,600.00 USD - 122,850.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.   • Accountable for achieving sales budget and managing paid search strategy effectively across 4 major categories and multiple buying teams
  • Execute tactical plans: Collaborate with sales leaders to meet eCommerce objectives
  • Analyze syndicated data to identify category and brand trends, sharing results and recommendations internally and with buyers
  • Provide strategic input for account growth including promotions and special packs
  • Build Paid Search Strategy across 4 key categories in partnership with Omni Lead
  • Lead category eCommerce calls with Agency Partners
  • Manage Omni Revenue Responsibility: $50MM
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years relevant experience OR advanced degree and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with eCommerce Selling or Shopper Marketing
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Experience as Account Manager, eCommerce Manager, Retail eCommerce
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Adaptability to changing work and customer demands
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable conclusions
