Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Digital Finance team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and Operations. As an integral member of the team, you’ll support key financial and strategic aspects of Taco Bell’s eCommerce channel and loyalty program. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive Customer Annual Value and restaurant profit through the loyalty program and digital-exclusive products. This includes leading financial analysis of the program, helping design and assess A/B testing, crafting program strategy, and contributing to program design decisions. The Associate Manager will also play a key role in developing insights into customer behavior and loyalty program performance. You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver analysis, insights, and strategies that maximize sales and profits to grow the digital business. Necessary strengths include strong finance and strategic problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional partners. The individual must also have strong technical skills—forecasting, financial modeling & analysis, and experience leveraging data to drive decisions. This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to leadership roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.
