About The Position

The Associate Manager for DashMart Vendor Management will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for vendor relationships and sourcing models. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product sourcing, enhance vendor performance, and improve customer experience. The position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work location, and reports to a Manager within the DashMart Strategy & Operations team.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in merchandising, vendor/account management, data analytics, e-commerce, or consulting.
• Strong ownership mentality with a bias for action and contingency planning.
• Analytical skills to navigate complex data sets and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree completed.
