The Associate Manager, Customer Support will serve Uber Freight by providing excellent customer communication. The Associate Managers' operational expertise will help guide team members through problem resolution, proactively communicate service issues to appropriate channels, and will have a thorough understanding of the marketplace. The ideal candidate will use statistical data to drive efficiency as well as use Root Cause Analysis to improve business processes that meet customer satisfaction. This position will work at our office in Brea.
