Your Opportunity as the Associate Manager, Corporate Quality Assurance Process Lead and coordinate product complaint trend analysis and work with the corporate and plant teams to resolve complaints. Additionally, you will be the main contact responsible for creating, maintaining and providing customer-level documentation to our Sales teams.
