Your Opportunity as the Associate Manager, Corporate Quality Assurance Process Lead and coordinate product complaint trend analysis and work with the corporate and plant teams to resolve complaints. Additionally, you will be the main contact responsible for creating, maintaining and providing customer-level documentation to our Sales teams. Location: Orrville, Corporate Office Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will: Manage the customer complaint process, including coordinating investigations with manufacturing plants, preparing formal responses, and partnering with Sales and Customer Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate communication back to the customer Support manufacturing plants with responses to consumer complaints and analyze consumer samples received from the Away From Home Team to provide written responses Analyze all complaint data and provide monthly reports to manufacturing locations. Watch trends in quality issues using the complaints reporting dashboards and communicate to manufacturers, as needed Serve as a SharePoint Library Administrator Oversee the non-GMO product recertification process, including coordinating with internal teams, verifying compliance documentation, and ensuring timely submission to maintain certification status Assist corporate teams by managing QA inquiries in customer documentation and questionnaires, ensuring timely and accurate responses while minimizing impact on plant resources Co-Manage quarterly calls with the QA managers to review quality improvements and consumer complaint evaluations Facilitate product cuttings for the department Participate on the Corporate QA Crisis Team to provide leadership and expertise during urgent quality events Provide support to the manufacturing plants Audit Prodika Systems The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
