About The Position
Welch's is seeking an Associate Manager, Communications to play a critical role in shaping our brand voice across internal and external channels. This role blends corporate communications, public relations, and internal communications to ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and rooted in our brand's purpose. As part of the Communications and Brand Engagement team, you'll help craft and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, internal platforms, and PR initiatives, supporting corporate storytelling, brand activations, and employee engagement.
