About The Position

The Associate Continuous Improvement Manager - Purchasing supports the development and execution of Lean initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen supplier performance. This role partners with Purchasing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, lead process improvement projects, and apply Lean and data-driven methods to drive measurable results. The position also helps build CI capability within the organization through training, standardization, and change management.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years in the field of continuous improvement.
  • Experience driving projects through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Capable of managing stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience deploying Process Excellence models (Shingo or similar).
  • Experience in A3 thinking.
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with RPA or Automation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Lean initiatives.

  • Conduct improvement workshops (Kaizen Events).
  • Support change management with initiatives and projects.
