  • Assist Sr Manager shape channel and customer strategies including pricing, assortment, shelving, and promotional tactics to maximize market impact and share growth.
  • Implement the sales strategy "4Ps" and customer marketing planning and tactical execution.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific programs (e.g., displays, special packs, shopper marketing) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Partner with category management team, brand marketing and sales to deliver impactful presentations, including line reviews, innovation roadshows, and planogram optimization supported by omnichannel market analysis.
  • Support business planning and performance management, partnering with sales to align on KPIs and lead quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Develop compelling selling materials and lead forecasting and distribution analysis for senior leadership decision-making.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or consumer goods, with a track record in sales, customer development or trade/sales planning.
  • Understanding of sales channels, trade dynamics, and commercial levers to drive business success.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop compelling brand performance scenarios.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to influence growth and deliver impactful results.
  • Ability to travel 15%
