Organizational Impact: Lead the development and deployment of national marketing programs and assets for our Hornitos brand and Classic brands portfolio, ultimately driving business performance in the marketplace. National Purview: Opportunity to work with stakeholders across national and regional teams to build successful tools leveraged in market. Process Improvement: Opportunity to assist in the creation of marketing tools and processes that will help the organization work efficiently and effectively. Strategy Development: Develop commercially viable strategic BTL programs for on and off premise that drive growth. Lead commercial tool development that is strategically sound and improves our marketing execution. Complex Problem-Solving: Evolve and prioritize marketing program and asset development while further influencing improvement and change in the BSI organization. Leadership Exposure: Regular communication with and presentation to Commercial Marketing, Brand Marketing, Innovation, and Leadership teams. Stakeholder Management: Positioned to influence and interact closely with key business functions (Brand Marketing, Innovation, Regional Marketing, US Sales, National Accounts, eCommerce, Finance, Supply Chain) providing clear visibility to how broader groups need to work together effectively on key brand categories
