Must be licensed RN or Independent BH clinician in state of residence. The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of healthcare management staff including the organization and development of high performing teams within the higher level of care precertification team. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational, and quality objectives of the unit.

Requirements

• 3 + years experience in clinical Behavioral Health - Post Master's (mental health and substance use).
• Must possess active and unrestricted independent State Licensure in applicable functional area. Can be Registered Nurse or Behavioral Health Clinician
• 3 + years documenting electronically using keyboard and multiple computer screens-- navigating through internal/external computer systems, and MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
• Masters Degree Required for BH Clinician
• Associates Degree Required for RN
