The Marketing Technology team is responsible for delivering best-in-class tools, data, and processes so teams at DoorDash can effectively acquire new customers, drive retention, and grow new business lines across all our audiences, including Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants. Our mission is to ensure teams can deliver personalized, engaging, and relevant content across all our owned and paid channels. We drive the Marketing Technology vision and strategy, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate Marketing’s technology needs into measurable business outcomes. As part of this, we build the guardrails and enablement that keep communications compliant, high-quality, and scalable. We're looking for an Associate Manager to own campaign quality and enablement for our communications stack. As DoorDash scales—more campaigns, more locales, more personalization—the risk of human error grows with it. Your job is to build the tools and systems that let marketing teams move faster without increasing risk. You'll product-manage our AI-assisted QA tool and automated anomaly detection, define requirements for platform guardrails, and drive adoption across marketing teams. You'll enable Lifecycle Marketing and Campaign Ops teams across all DoorDash audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—working hand-in-hand with Product/Engineering on our notification stack, with Privacy/Legal on policy, and with Deliveroo and Wolt on global alignment. This is the ideal role for someone who loves the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—and wants ownership over systems that directly enable others to do their best work. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms within Growth Marketing.
