About The Position

The Maggiano's Associate Brand Marketing Manager is a key role supporting Menu and Calendar Development around Food, Beverage and Experience. This role provides the ability to own, drive and achieve key results. This leader will form key partnerships with Maggiano's Culinary, Operations, Finance, Marketing Communications and Agency teams to implement and execute growth initiatives to consistently achieve sales and profitability targets. This critical role supports the connective framework of Maggiano's Marketing and is central to driving traffic, relevance and positioning for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Applied analytics sensibility with the proven ability to make profitable and evidenced decisions based on data.
  • Ability to use good judgment to organize and prioritize work as well as manage resources.
  • Ability to display strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to be able to drive for results and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the data/analytics and consumer insight teams to leverage insights, data and competitive research to identify areas of opportunity for the brand through innovation by evaluating emerging trends, industry landscape and Guest insights.
  • Supports and helps define the strategy to drive year-over-year traffic and sales growth through Menu Development, Calendar Planning and Execution.
  • Leads the development and execution of briefings for Maggiano's pipeline and rollouts supporting growth initiatives of Food, Beverage, and Experience.
  • Creates and manages overall marketing calendar including key dates, initiatives, messaging, rollouts, and deadlines necessary.
  • Provides strategic point of view on the financial viability of concepts and partners closely with Operations and Culinary to ensure realization of innovation pipeline.
  • Cultivates relationships of trust across broad cross-functional network, both internally with Brinker teams and externally with our agency and supplier partners.
