Job Description: The Associate, Mail Services processing incoming and outbound mail. The shift for the position is generally between 7:00am – 3:30pm, and overtime may be required as business needs necessitate. This position will be required to be physically in our San Diego office each day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years related experience (college education may count for related experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines
  • Tenacity for solving detailed issues
  • Analytical skills and good judgment

Responsibilities

  • Processing, printing and inserting Credit BU mailers, invoices, and Consumer output bundles
  • Handling incoming mail
  • Mail merging, printing and inserting ad hoc company communications
  • Handling end-of-month consumable allocations
  • Handling monthly funds transfer to Pitney Bowes
  • Ordering supplies
  • Creating and receiving purchase orders in Oracle
  • General office support, including emptying shred bins, placing equipment servicing calls, unloading paper and envelope pallets, stocking paper for campus printers, creating FedEx labels for outgoing packages.
