About The Position
The MADE Bush Terminal Associate is responsible for supporting the oversight, development, and direct management of real estate strategies, asset-specific management plans, and innovative tools to optimize the overall operating model and expense structure for the MADE Bush Terminal campus. The Associate will help implement a vision and strategy for the equitable development of MADE Bush Terminal that advances the site as a hub for innovation, economic opportunity and community vitality while providing stable financial returns to NYCEDC and the City. Further, the Associate will manage internal and external planning processes focused on the future upgrades to and development of the MADE asset. Projects may include: procuring private operators; building out a tenant dashboard; establishing & maintaining digital infrastructure for tracking as-built unit conditions; helping develop and implement a robust schedule of on-site community events; preparing presentations and briefing documents, and supporting the project team to execute $100+ million in redevelopment projects for the MADE Bush Terminal campus.
