About The Position

Are you ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? As a Logistics Operator, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse and production flow, handling shipping, receiving, inventory, and material preparation. This is more than a warehouse job; it's a chance to contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your attention to detail and reliability make a real impact. The schedule includes built-in overtime, and candidates must be available to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and provide coverage as needed. Applicants should understand that overtime may be required and adjusted based on business needs to support safe and continuous operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment, including forklifts; experience with tractor trailers or yard jockeying is a plus.
  • CDL preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy, in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. SAP experience helpful
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7 - 7), including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
  • Comfortable working in freezer conditions for extended durations

Nice To Haves

  • CDL preferred but not required
  • SAP experience helpful
  • experience with tractor trailers or yard jockeying is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Use forklifts and equipment to load/unload and transport materials in a safe manner
  • Complete accurate documentation and maintain correct inventory of items
  • Repackage and preparation of materials for use in production areas
  • Transfer of materials to and from rail cars, attach flanges and couplings to prepare cars for use and break down for return
