About The Position

ASRC Federal Systems Solutions, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a highly motivated Logistics Professional to support the ASTROS Contract. We are looking for someone with the ability to support Air Force projects and ensure the customer remains in compliance with Air Force requirements. We are supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Center and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.Key Role: Support Project Management by researching parts and equipment needed and placing purchase requisitions. Track purchase requisitions until received and ensure ASTROS Property is notified and receives all required paperwork.Serve as escort to vendors that come on site to deliver services.Write and support Blanket purchase agreements when necessary.Track on site material and property inventories. Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of purchase requisitions and understand deadlines.Must inspect deliveries and ensure local experts ae involved I the inspections and communicate any deviations. Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to switch tasks at a moment’s notice. Must be able to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.

Requirements

• BA Degree
• 0-2 years experience
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of purchase requisitions and understand deadlines.
• Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to switch tasks at a moment’s notice.
• Must be able to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.

Nice To Haves

• Must be able to work at heights and depths
• Work overtime with little notification
• Must be able to work in extreme hear and extreme cold
• Must be licensed and able to drive an ASTROS leased car
• Secret Clearance required
