The Associate Logistics Manager – Compliance & Customer Service leads international trade compliance and customer service operations across North America. You’ll ensure import and export activities are executed in full compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling efficient, reliable product flow and strong service levels for the business. In this role, you will have direct people leadership responsibility for three full-time employees and day-to-day operational oversight of one Export Customer Service provider supporting the United States and Canada. You’ll provide day-to-day directions for compliance execution and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to enable compliant trade operations, manage risk, and support business growth in a complex, evolving regulatory environment. A critical part of the role is collaborating with international trading partners and cross-border stakeholders, with particular emphasis on Mexico-US trade flows and other key sourcing and manufacturing markets. Through close coordination with Mexico-based supply chain teams, customs authorities, brokers, carriers, and logistics providers, you’ll help enable compliant cross-border execution, stable transportation lead times, and resilient import flows that support North America planning, inventory positioning, and customer service commitments.
