About The Position
The CLO Associate/Loan Closer will manage the day-to-day activities of CLO warehouses, ensuring effective communication of trade flow between fund managers and TRS providers. The role involves entering and closing CLO warehouse trades in LIQ to track positions, interpreting warehouse legal documents, and tying out warehouse economics with CLO fund managers. The associate will manage the trade portfolio across multiple business lines, ensuring a clean open trade aging profile and driving reduced settlement times. Responsibilities also include drafting Loan Trade Closing documentation, coordinating with traders, sales, and legal teams, and resolving issues with clients and internal partners. The position requires preparation and review of settlement calculations, monitoring waivers and amendments, and working on internal projects to improve automation and control environments.
