Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Analyzing company valuations using various accounting and business specific assumptions; Analyzing company financial statements; Developing detailed financial models with projections; Developing comprehensive investment thesis and memos; Presenting investment ideas to portfolio managers; Participating in deal structuring, legal documentation and negotiations; and Monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments. Assessing company capital structures and reviewing related legal documents; Conducting interviews with industry experts and company management; Performing qualitative business and industry due diligence; Assessing strengths and weaknesses of various businesses; Performing comparable company analyses. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience as an analyst or associate with a top investment bank within investment banking or leveraged finance; Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills; Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and finance; and Healthcare industry experience or exposure helpful, but not essential. Base Salary Range $150,000 - $160,000 In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement.
