The Boeing Global Services (BGS) and the Government Training Engineering Team is currently seeking Associate Level Systems Engineers to work in Hazelwood, Mo. This candidate will work across one of the Air Dominance platforms in support of F/A-18, F-15, F-22 or T-7. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing requirements, writing and executing verification test procedures and supporting system integration activities.

  • Evaluate customer and stakeholder needs to define system requirements in Systems Engineering database tools (i.e. DOORS, OSEE) following standard processes.
  • Ensure interface requirements are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Plan and complete integration activities as required to meet program needs.
  • Define and perform appropriate validation and verification tests to ensure that the system meets the defined requirements.
  • Develop the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements for management processes, tools, risks, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
  • May be asked to support other programs or perform other duties as needed.
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts.
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
