About The Position
In the role of Associate Lead - HR, you will execute unit specific performance management framework and initiatives, define the periodic communication plan for delivery centers in line with overall unit communication in order to ensure HR service and delivery effectiveness. You will work to improve employee engagement and ensure a fair and effective feedback mechanism will lead to improved performance within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
