Tamarack Resort is seeking a talented and experienced associate level Land Use Planner to join the resort’s planning, design and construction team. As an associate resort land use planner, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, resort development goals, and project objectives. It is important to have design experience in mountain communities and with an understanding of how to incorporate development with the natural environment. This position will report directly to the resort’s senior land use planner, work closely with resort leadership and ownership, consultants, contractors, and county, state, and federal agencies to navigate land use issues and create innovative design and layout solutions that maximize the potential of each project within the resort.
