About The Position

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an opening in our Orlando office for an Associate with 3-6 years’ experience in employment and labor law; prior judicial clerk experience is a plus. This position will entail employment and labor law litigation in federal and state courts, the defense of administrative actions, transactional work (including drafting agreements, policies, and procedures), and counseling clients on labor/employment issues relevant to both public and private employers. The successful candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar and have excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as litigation experience. Additional skills include the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail. Requirements

3-6 years’ experience in employment and labor law
Admitted to the Florida Bar
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Litigation experience
Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
Keen attention to detail
