This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure the company’s collective intelligence is accurately and promptly entered into the database, making it accessible to recruiting teams worldwide. Additionally, the Associate Knowledge Manager oversees the maintenance of their local office’s equipment and inventory. They also support the local knowledge management team by drafting emails and documents, contributing to projects, and conducting research using both internal databases and external resources. A key aspect of this role is equipping recruiters, staff, and management with up-to-date system data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
