Associate Key Account Managers (KAM) play a critical support role in managing strategic customer relationships within a defined territory. Working closely with a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll help drive customer engagement, coordinate account activities, and contribute to revenue growth under a shared quota model. You’ll be selling into our installed client base and working alongside our Senior KAMs to support customer renewals and contracts to find and close expansion opportunities. You will partner with a cross-section of internal stakeholders to drive the resolution of client issues. You’ll also be a key member of the team migrating our current enterprise clients to the latest Lytx Hardware and SAAS products.
