Reporting to the VP, Key Accounts, the Associate Key Account Manager will play a key role in the development and growth of CELSIUS products in the Convenience and Grocery Channels. This position will contribute to CELSIUS Values and Vision by maximizing long-term brand volume while achieving annual sales budgets and profit goals. This position has the responsibility to communicate and implement CELSIUS national initiatives, policies, and standards to cross functional groups. Internally, it is imperative that the Associate Key Account Manager communicates our customers’ needs across the CELSIUS structure to develop and implement business building programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ selling experience in the consumer products industry is required (Convenience Channel preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Knowledge of the consumer products industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics
  • Knowledge and experience of internal functions (i.e., Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing and Customer Service)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and syndicated data
  • This position requires a winning, competitive and positive attitude towards success.
  • Prolonged periods of bending, lifting, standing, and walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, at times

Responsibilities

  • Support responsibilities for several retail accounts within the Texas Market such as: Kroger-Dallas, Walmart, HEB, Target, 7-11, Circle K-Texas and others as needed.
  • Provide account support to grow Celsius share across major retail chains in the Texas Market
  • Support Category Management/IRI team as needed
  • Weekly Tier 1 chain account reporting
  • Deck prep support for account team during heavy planning season
  • Account Support for National Accounts OTF & Tier 3
  • Support for Pepsi South Central Division
  • Special Projects: I.e. Merchandising Support, Budgeting Support, Trax Support, DSD Incentives Support, VIP Reporting Support (Account Specific)
  • Liaison between Sales Group & Trade Marketing to ensure on time execution of Chain Programs
