About the position
The job overview for this role is to develop and assist in the strategy and execution of platform initiatives related to user acquisition, retention, and engagement. The focus is on instilling loyalty with the brand's growing customer base and creating relevant programs for all stages of the customer journey. The role also involves strategizing, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns to optimize investment efficiency and achieve predefined KPIs, as well as analyzing and reporting channel performance to guide management's decision-making. Strong experience in online paid media and performance marketing campaign management is required, along with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and monitor ad campaigns to optimize investment efficiency and achieve predefined KPIs
- Define and manage audience targeting, creative assets, budget distribution, tracking, and other levers contributing to campaign performance
- Analyze and report channel performance to guide management’s decision-making; this includes but is not limited to daily performance tracking and post-campaign analyses
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in online paid media/performance marketing campaign management
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager is a huge plus
- Strong familiarity with the online advertising landscape, key players, technologies, metrics, and algorithms
- Analytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions
- Highly proficient in MS Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Displays a strong sense of ownership and can drive results with minimal supervision
- E-commerce experience is preferred but not required
