We are seeking a versatile Associate, IT Support to join our IT team and contribute to the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to monitoring network performance and supporting end-users. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and superior people skills to effectively interact with our diverse user base. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 4 days per week in our New York Headquarters (Union Square).
