About The Position
The Associate IT Support Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for facilitating and supporting Radiometer Digital Solutions products for all customers. This position is part of the IT Solutions Team located across North America and will be a remote position with some travel to support west coast business hours, working between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. You will be a part of the IT Solution Team and report to the National Manager of ITS responsible for managing and setting the strategy for the ITS Solutions Specialists, ITS Support Specialists, and ensuring timely and quality implementation and support of Radiometer Digital Solutions.
