The Associate IT Specialist will be part of the Cloud Services team within the Information Technology Center, focusing on supporting and managing the Microsoft SharePoint Online environment and the Power Platform suite. This role involves ensuring the security and optimization of these platforms, developing new applications, and providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies used by the organization.

  • Support the Microsoft SharePoint Online environment in the Microsoft 365 GCC High cloud, including site creation and managing user permissions.
  • Develop and support the Power Platform suite, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dynamics.
  • Maintain and monitor the security and health of the SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
  • Recommend changes to improve processes and implement procedural improvements.
  • Oversee the creation and management of Microsoft Teams via existing Power Automate flows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or 5 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 1 year of experience managing a Microsoft SharePoint M365 online environment at an enterprise level.
  • 1 year of experience in the development and support of Microsoft Power Platform apps, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • 1 year of experience in management and support of Microsoft Teams.
  • Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
  • VMWare certifications are a plus.
