This entry-level role helps ensure a smooth IT experience by supporting end-user computing devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with collaboration tools. The IT Services Associate will gain exposure to IT support processes, device management, and workplace technologies while contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support, workplace services, or a related field (internships or coursework may be considered).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools like Zoom.
  • Understanding of networking basics and endpoint security best practices.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+ (preferred but not required)
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-100)
  • Exposure to IT service management platforms such as Jira Service Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with in-person and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Help deploy, configure, and maintain workplace technology, including Windows and macOS devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support collaboration and communication tools, including Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Jira Service Management.
  • Assist in managing Active Directory, Endpoint Central, and MDM solutions under supervision.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and end-user support guides.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and track device lifecycle.
