About The Position

Internal Transfer Opportunity: Associate IT Service Desk Specialist TSS Internal job opportunities are only for TSS employees, please do not forward this email to other County departments We are currently recruiting for two full‐time Associate IT Service Desk Specialist positions within the Shared Technical Services Division at TSS.

Requirements

• Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting hospital IT systems
• Experience in maintaining and resolving issues with hospital-related IT systems
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adjust procedures as needed
• You must be within the 15% Transfer Band ( transfer band calculator ) and meet Employment Standards to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for technical support
• Provides day-to-day assistance to internal and external users
• Deliver timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create or update knowledge articles, checklists, procedures, and scripts for routine issues
• Plan and deliver a diversity of IT services to end users
• Off the shelf software application configuration and implementation
• Configuration of standard personal computing, peripheral and mobile devices
