About The Position

The Associate IPS Design Admin will primarily deal with building competence in the daily tasks of a IPS Design Admin I, with the intention of advancing to IPS Design Admin I within a reasonable amount of the time. The role is responsible for coordination of IPS cases and general office functions. Their management of IPS cases involves steps during and after the Design state and will involve direct communication with all internal team members, as well as surgeons, other medical professionals, and the sales team. The role may be involved with training other IPS Design Admins on all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to monitor and respond to emails in the IPS Admin and personal inboxes.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to monitor and manage cases in IPS Gate.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to update case related data on internal documents.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist with calls from sales team, surgeons, and other personnel regarding IPS cases.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to clearly and professionally communicate internal timeline requirements to the sale teams, surgeons, and other medical personnel.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to perform additional administrative tasks.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to assign IPS Designers and IPS Design Engineers to IPS Cases needing design.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to prioritize the design management of IPS Cases based on their urgency and internal resources.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in documentation of designer training.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to create order information for IPS cases.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with IPS Admin MFG and production teams to manage the manufacturing processes.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in creation of documents regarding topics such as design training, stock numbers, internal processes.
