ImpactAssets Capital Partners is a SEC registered investment adviser that is 100% owned by ImpactAssets Inc., a $2B nonprofit impact investing leader founded in 2010. Over the years, ImpactAssets has built an extensive impact investment platform, having invested in 800+ private companies and impact funds addressing the world’s greatest challenges. ImpactAssets Capital Partners was created in 2022 to bring the ImpactAssets platform and customized investment services to institutional investors. ImpactAssets Capital Partners provides institutional clients with investment advice for private investments, such as venture capital, private equity and private debt, which are the most complex and expensive areas of investing for an organization to manage on their own. We offer strategy, sourcing, due diligence and investment advice to the stewards of large impact investment portfolios.
