The Integrated Strategies Group (ISG) at GIC offers a unique and dynamic investment environment, characterized by its flexible investment mandate. Our team navigates both public and private markets and invests across the entire capital structure. ISG is dedicated to pursuing cross-asset and unconventional investment opportunities, developing thematic investment strategies, and expanding GIC's network beyond traditional domains. Our mission is to broaden GIC's investable funnel to capture differentiated and attractive opportunities that would otherwise slip through the cracks of traditional asset classes. With our flexible mandate, we are empowered to find the 'right investment structure, and execute tailored solutions across private equity, public markets, M&A capital raises, PIPEs, structured/convertible securities, and debt-like instruments.
