About The Position

Cresset is seeking an Associate, Investment Analyst to join Cresset's Wealth Advisory team. The Investment Analyst will be key in delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. This position will work closely with the Wealth Advisors assisting the team with investment and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; may be on track or interest to earn CFA or CFP designations, but not necessary
• Previous work/internship experience in financial services required; 2+ years' experience preferred
• Series 65 license required; unlicensed candidates required to obtain the license within 120 calendar days of employment

Nice To Haves

• Experience and genuine interest in the industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with E-Money; knowledge of Salesforce, Addepar, and custodial platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the Wealth Advisor by providing excellent client service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
• Prepare materials to support client and prospect engagement, including generating performance reports, investment allocation and reallocation proposals, and identifying opportunities within existing portfolios
• Assist with the implementation of client portfolio trades, including execution, margin maintenance, and settlement
• Generate financial planning proposals which are guideposts for investment decisions
• May attend client and/or prospect meetings
• Work closely with Wealth Advisors, Client Associates, and/or various internal and external parties as needed
