The internal Sales team engages with financial advisors through virtual meetings, phone calls, and digital communications regarding our mutual fund and seperate accounts product suite. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be a key member of the team, implementing tactical strategies using data to increase sales, prepare weekly action plans, retain assets and cultivate new clients. While we offer hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location You will develop and maintain an in-depth knowlegde of financial markets, Nomura products and services, and the competitive landscape, and be able to discuss the array of products across all disciplines (fund objectives, portfolio structures, investment management process and strategy benchmarks You will be responsible for maintating and updating the Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce) for all advisor client activities, fielding inbound call sfrom partners and avisor clients, and sharing thoughtful sales ideas with the rest of the Internal Sales Consultants and Regional Directors
