About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Operations Lead is to lead floor associates in the processing and performance of the day-to-day work activities. This position is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly between departments, shifts, and the overall management team. The Operations Lead will be visible and vocal within their departments, filling in for any associate in the operation during their absence, while also delegating responsibilities accordingly.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of related professional experience.
• Understanding of how to check upstream/downstream workflow and keep the line running.
• Ability to check all scripts pertaining to their department and make necessary adjustments.
• Good multitasking, organization, and strong leadership skills.

• A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates in their respective operation areas of Packing, Picking, Replenishment, & Shipping for Dickies' Fort Worth Distribution Center during their shift.
• Ensure operations run smoothly between departments, shifts, and the overall management team.
• Provide constant coaching support and training of all associates as needed.
• Practice appropriate safety and standard operating procedures.
• Use good judgement to ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of Dickies, VF, and its associates.
• Support associates in their day-to-day duties to ensure timely completion and service of customer orders.
• Ensure all Associates achieve their daily productivity goals.
