About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support the B-52 Team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitude.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience using a scheduling tool such as Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
  • Experience collecting and reporting schedule performance to a project/program schedule baseline.
  • Experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos, IRE, EAS, MRP, CSPR, EPAS.

Responsibilities

  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
  • Assists more experienced personnel with data collection and analysis.
  • Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
  • Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
  • Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
