About The Position

The Associate, Integrated Media Planning assists in the coordination and execution of media plans under the guidance of a Senior Associate and Manager. As the day-to-day support to their respective strategy team, some daily responsibilities involve collaborating closely with cross-functional and investment buyers, maintaining and updating tracker reports, gathering data to support a media recommendation, and updating media activity flowcharts and timelines. At the entry-level, the Associate will begin to develop a working knowledge of the media space inclusive of online and offline channels such as, but not limited to, TV, Streaming, OOH, Digital and Social.

Requirements

Graduate of a four-year college or university
0-1 year of business experience or industry internships
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
An eagerness and passion to learn about media planning across channels and platforms
Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
