Your Impact The Associate Installation Merchant will assist the Installation Merchant team with implementation and execution of labor strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals. This role will support the Installation Merchant team through a variety of tasks including business analysis, labor reviews, vendor meetings, customer quality analysis, store and merchandising communications. What You Will Do Responsible for specific portions of labor categories and groups. Support Installation Merchant teams and executes tasks in a timely manner to deliver on strategic objectives. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to assist in building labor programs for specified categories. Analyzes business and performance trends and identifies areas of opportunity and provides recommendations for improvement to the Installation Merchant teams. Helps manage relationships with vendors and facilitates vendor relationships as well as service operations relationships working closely with the Install Merchant and Senior Merchant. Maintains strong industry expertise to stay aware of new trends/business opportunities in the Services Industry. Partners for specific category tactics and execution to help meet key metrics including quality, customer, financial and operational targets.
