Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to understand construction blueprints and diagrams is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Railing Installation: Assist in installing VIVA Railings products, adhering to company guidelines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload construction supplies, manage materials such as glass panels, metals, and fasteners necessary for installation.
  • Site Preparation: Clean and prepare sites, removing hazards and ensuring tools and equipment are in safe working order.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, maintain them in good condition, and ensure they are stored properly after use.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with construction supervisors, project managers, and other team members to complete installations. Engage in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
