The Associate Inside Client Manager (ICM) at Presidio is responsible for managing the sales operations process for assigned accounts across multiple regions. This role involves providing direct sales support, interacting with Account Managers, vendors, and customers to maintain ongoing business in IT infrastructure services and products. The ICM will adapt to the unique needs of customers and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Act as an internal point of contact for customers, providing timely support with a sense of urgency.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to quoting, billing, sales, and technical support, ensuring issues are resolved.
  • Onboard and setup new customers or customer affiliates.
  • Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and understand customer objectives.
  • Create and verify quotes, ensuring discounts align with sales expectations.
  • Delegate customer report requests and order entry to appropriate internal resources.
  • Maintain Salesforce account data integrity for accurate customer information.
  • Participate in forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business opportunities.
  • Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the registration process for optimal pricing for Presidio and customers.
  • Oversee order processing workflow and complete sales order creation in Salesforce.
  • Monitor the status of all orders from purchase to delivery.
  • Provide weekly reports to clients reflecting order status.
  • Request RMAs when needed and follow up until completion.
  • Participate in sales operations meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Stay updated with internal processes, policies, and industry developments.
  • Provide backup coverage to other team members as required.
  • Proven experience in sales quoting.
  • Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in English and strong reading comprehension skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle process across multiple regions.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on continuous service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sales support and/or customer service with exposure to multiregional operations, preferably for a technology channel sales partner.
