Golin Dallas is seeking a dynamic Associate specializing in Influencer Strategy and Engagement to join our digital team. This role is pivotal in making brands hyper-relevant online, ultimately driving offline impact. As an Associate, you will collaborate with a talented team of digital catalysts, creators, and analysts to identify real-time opportunities, monitor trends, and execute impactful marketing campaigns for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and manage relationships with influencers who align with our clients' brands, ensuring that these partnerships are mutually beneficial and maximize the clients' investments. In this position, you will regularly identify and vet new and emerging influencers for current and future programs. Utilizing tools such as CreatorIQ, you will compile influencer recommendations based on client objectives and key metrics. You will also be responsible for managing the logistics of influencer campaigns, which includes maintaining budget trackers, drafting and updating influencer contracts, and ensuring all necessary program details are in place, such as obtaining influencer insurance. Building meaningful relationships with online influencers is crucial, as you will serve as a liaison between client teams and influencers to achieve mutually beneficial results. You will manage both online and offline influencer engagements, including experiential events, while ensuring compliance with client and FTC guidelines. As an ambassador for Golin's influencer capabilities, you will also play a key role in fostering a culture of support, growth, and partnership within the team, while cultivating productive client relationships. Your ability to identify solutions and work collaboratively will be essential in driving client success and expanding relationships. Additionally, you will help develop influencer strategies across various industries and stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and relevant influencers for our programs.
