About The Position

The Associate, Influencer Marketing will support Vivrelle's day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing efforts. This person will help identify relevant creators, track campaign activity, manage daily communication across both paid influencer and brand affiliate channels, and support smooth communication across influencer, social, PR, and creative initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, trend-aware, and excited about fashion, luxury, and digital culture.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, brand partnerships, internships, or relevant coordinator-level roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social media trends.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, and digital culture.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to influencer tools or affiliate platforms such as ShopMy or LTK is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of Vivrelle’s influencer marketing program, including creator outreach, product seeding, campaign coordination, and follow-up.
  • Help ensure all influencer communications and activations are aligned with Vivrelle’s brand standards and luxury positioning.
  • Research and identify emerging creators, tastemakers, and talent who align with Vivrelle’s brand and target audience.
  • Help coordinate gifting, product sends, and collaborations, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking.
  • Track influencer deliverables, campaign timelines, and content posting to help ensure partnerships run smoothly.
  • Assist with maintaining influencer lists, contact information, campaign calendars, and reporting trackers.
  • Monitor social media activity, creator content, and competitor activations to surface relevant trends and opportunities.
  • Support the collection of campaign results and performance data for recap reporting.
