The position offers an outstanding career opportunity in investment banking with a highly successful team specializing in middle market mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as an investment banking Analyst or at least one year of experience as an Associate, strongly preferred; candidates who have extensive prior experience in related fields such as audit, financial accounting or transaction advisory services may also be considered
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work a demanding schedule
• High motivation with a strong desire to be "best of the best"

Nice To Haves

• An MBA or equivalent graduate school degree in progress, preferred but not required
• Strong undergraduate and graduate academic performance (3.5 GPA or better)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in new business presentations
• Conduct business research
• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling
• Prepare confidential offering memoranda
• Develop potential buyer lists
• Prepare management presentations
• Engage in significant client interaction at multiple levels
• Interact with potential buyers and lead due diligence activities
• Participate in the development, training, and mentoring of Analysts
