About The Position
As an Industrial Associate in Commercial Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leasing, acquisition, and sales of industrial properties. This position is part of a larger, dynamic, national program aimed at expanding and optimizing industrial real estate operations. You will be responsible for business development activities which include researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. Working alongside senior teams, you will help drive the strategy for growth and development in the industrial sector while gaining exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This is an incredible opportunity if you are looking for a dynamic entry-level opportunity in commercial real estate, currently working in another field and looking to pivot or you're already in the CRE industry and eager to make an immediate impact.
